The pricing model
Usage first. No forced bundle in this estimate.
The calculator uses the rates defined in the supplied Java pricing enum. Every selected SKU contributes its own quantity-based amount. Optional capabilities can be excluded from the estimate, and development pricing uses the separate development rate schedule.
